How We Are
Affected

The pandemic has introduced enormous pressure on our daily lives. A distinct change in our routine is how we interact with each other entirely. It has split us apart in our decisions, created a gap in our close relationships, and developed a sense of uneasiness.

Although some are impacted more than others, it is essential to mitigate withdrawal.  Currently, we proceed to overcome the new reality that faces us as a collective, especially those greatly affected by these circumstances.

Staying Connected

There are multiple ways that we may remain connected with others virtually and in a socially distanced manner. While encountering your neighbours and others, greeting them while participating in outdoor activities such as taking a walk may introduce a more positive environment.  

Services like Zoom and Skype allow us to add users to send messages and have video calls. Other social platforms such as Facebook facilitate public interactions that enable users to join open groups and meet other people facing the same difficulties of isolation.
